RESCUE: Adoption Application

The Application Process:

Step One: You will complete the 'Adoption Application' form down below.

Step Two: A staff member will contact you in 1-2 business days to review your case and discuss moving forward, deposits, any additional forms.

Step Three: Schedule a date for meeting a dog(s).

Step Four: Schedule training and transitioning lessons (2-3).

Step Five: Officially adopt your new dog and head home as a happy little pair!
