At Family K9 Services, we value our customers and strive to provide exceptional service. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a previously scheduled service or reservation. To ensure a fair and transparent process for both our customers and our business, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notification:
Customers are required to notify Family K9 Services of any cancellations as soon as possible. We recommend providing a minimum of 24 hours/days notice before the scheduled service or reservation.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made within 24 hours/days of the scheduled service or reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will depend on the type and nature of the service or reservation.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:
Cancellations made outside of the 24 hours/days notice period may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within the 24 hours/days notice period may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
Exceptions:
Family K9 Services understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. Customers are encouraged to communicate any exceptional circumstances to any of our staff members for review.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to notify Family K9 Services of a cancellation and not showing up for a scheduled service or reservation may result in the full charge of the service or reservation.
Reservation Modifications:
Customers may request modifications to their reservations, such as rescheduling or changes to the service details, within the 24 hours/days notice period without incurring a cancellation fee. Any modifications requested outside of this notice period will be subject to review.

Policy Updates:
Family K9 Services reserves the right to update this cancellation policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through the email or call/text.
